Review: Nana's green tea at Atrium@Orchard

The waiting time for Tsukada Nojo was 2 hours hence we decided to stop by Nana's green tea which was directly opposite for a drink. Nana's green tea has a takeaway counter as well as a dine-in area. The deco of Nana is modernist and innovative whereby customers dine in a boxed up table for more privacy between tables.
Established ten years ago in Tokyo, ‘‘Nana’s Green Tea’’ is a pioneer of Japanese cafe dealing with ‘‘Matcha’’, green powdered tea.  "Nana's Green Tea" became popular to be regarded as Japanese Starbucks and achieved the evaluation of No.1 brand among Japanese cafe. All green tea leaf served is only from Kyoto, which is the most famous production center of ‘‘Matcha’’, aiming at delivering genuine Japanese taste and health to modern people.
Will I come back again? Not for their drinks. Their food looks quite good, might try it someday.
Ratings
Drinks: **
Ambience:***1/2
Service:***1/2, it is difficult to get the attention of the staff and they are quite slow with their orders.
Value for money: **, I have expected them to do a lot more for their speciality matcha drinks given the price paid.

Below is a full list of the menu.

I had hot macha latte which was disappointing. The milk latte
just didn't blend with the macha. Macha foamed a layer just
beneath the foam. The aftertaste was very bitter with a tinge of
the milky taste. It just tasted like my homemade green
tea ice cream went wrong.

This definitely looked different from the picture on the menu.
The red bean soup was sweet but diluted and the mochi tasted
average. I think red bean soup from hawker centres would be
able to do a lot better.
