Nikumaki Onigiri (Original). Grilled rice ball wrapped with pork and sizzled with sauce. This is good but not for those people who are sensitive to the porkish smell. |

The proper way of eating Bijin Nabe |
Pudding looking soup base was added to the pot and heated. Soup is refillable however each person is entitled to only once. For example, if there are 3 diners, the soup is refillable 3 times. |
Ingredients for Bijin Nabe for 3 persons |
Pudding soup base gradually 'melted' and the chicken pieces at the bottom surfaced. |
Was served a scoop of the soup before anything was added in. Soup was flavourful with a strong chicken taste. I enjoyed it but friends thought that the taste was too strong. |
Egg noodles which was nice and springy |
Minced chicken added into the soup by waiter. |
Egg noodles with soup. |
Balls of minced chicken |
Yuzu was added to enhance the flavour of the soup base. However, we didn't taste much of the yuzu unless we bite into one. |
Extremely fresh and juicy prawns in a stick to make peeling a lot easier. |
Friends were quite health conscious and kept scooping up the oil floating on top of the soup. These were the amount of oil scooped up. |
Egg Pudding. This was so good. Caramel on the surface was crispy and well balanced with the cold, soft pudding below. Do try it! You will not regret! |
